I always say a degree does not define you. I grew up in Central Pa where I received my B.S. in Chemistry from Lycoming College. Upon graduating, I took a lab-based role in a pharmaceutical company in their reserach area where I was responsibile for developing analytical methods for clinical drug products. After spending nearly a decade in a liason role where I coordinated raw material testing with a contract lab, I stumbled upon my passion in the digital space.

In 2015, I became the business owner of a HTML/iOS application that was used to help facilitate real-time problem solving on the manufacturing shop floor. I fell in love with process improvement, change execution management, customer experience, digital fluency, and helping to humanize digital technology.

‍I had the pleasure of serving as the Chief of Staff two of the most amazing leaders who instilled confidence in me and helped me to find my true passions: democratizing digital technology, building communities to share learnings, and inspiring others to influence and lead change.

After more than two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, I am continuing in my journey to be a “disruptor” as a consultant and coach.
