Facilitating a workshop, large meeting, or weekly forum doesn’t have to be stressful. It’s what I was put on this earth to do. As a LUMA trained facilitator, I’ll help your team to get out of group-think mode and tap into the creative ideas that drive innovation. Whether you’re planning a 5-day workshop or 2-hour workshop, I’m here to help.
As a sunshine yellow, I harness my energy to bring the best out in people, including their creative ideas. I believe in the power of inclusion and the diversity of thought. Using Design Thinking principles, I help to combat group think and challenge others to think outside the box. I know that trying to facilitate a workshop while also being a subject matter expert, giving insights, can be a difficult task. As a non-biased observer, I’ll make sure we’ve heard from all voices, either in the room or in a virtual session, be the timekeeper, and keep track of the many parking lot items and action items that often result from a great workshop.

I believe the success of a workshop depends on the level of prepration. That’s why each facilitation offer starts with a preparation phase.
Virtual
I recognize that we live in a global world and with the right tools, I can help facilitate a workshop across boundaries, time zones, and departments. Additional lead-time may be required to upskill workshop participants in the use of the platform.
Hybrid
Sometimes it’s not feasible to travel or be physically present in a conference room because…life is complicated. If you have a group of individuals physically present while others are virtual, I’m skilled at ensuring inclusion occurs.
In Person
Doing a Face-to-Face workshop where all participants can meet in person? That’s fantastic! I’ll bring the post-its if you bring your enthusiasm and creative ideas. Additional lead-time may be required for travel purposes.
